Question 1

How am I billed?

Accepted Answer

Monthly, in advance, from the day you pay. The subscription renews until you cancel. You pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Paddle, which is the merchant of record and issues the invoice.

Question 2

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Any time, with one click in the panel (Billing). The server runs until the end of the paid period, and you can take the cancellation back.

Question 3

What if it isn't right for me?

Accepted Answer

Within 14 days of the first payment we refund it in full, no questions asked. The details are in the refund policy.

Question 4

Is VAT included?

Accepted Answer

Prices exclude VAT; Paddle adds it for your country and shows it before you pay. EU businesses with a VAT number can enter it in the Paddle checkout.

Question 5

Can I change plans?

Accepted Answer

To a bigger one, any time: in the panel, on the server's page → Settings → Plan. You pay only the difference to the end of the period, and the server is enlarged within minutes. Going to a smaller plan isn't possible, since a server's disk can't shrink.

Question 6

Do I also pay for AI models?

Accepted Answer

Not to us. Ahoy uses your existing subscriptions (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini…) or API keys, which you pay to their providers.
